RECIPE OF THE MONTH

Strawberry Pie

1 baked pie shell
1 C sugar
3 1/2 T cornstarch
1 1/2 C crushed strawberries
2 3/4 C whole strawberries
1/4 tsp salt
1 T butter

Mix crushed berries, sugar, salt, butter, and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat 'til thick. Place whole berries in baked pie shell. Pour hot mixture over berries. Chill.
