Bigelow's Fruit & Almond

RECIPE OF THE MONTH

Granola Bars

3 C quick-cooking oats
1 C peanuts
1 C raisins
1 C sunflower seeds
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
14 oz can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 C sweet butter, melted

Heat oven to 325°F.
Line 15" x 10" jelly roll pan with foil and grease.
In large bowl, stir together all ingredients.
Press evenly into prepared pan.
Bake 25-30 mins. or until golden brown.
Cool slightly; remove from pan; pull off foil.
Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
